The number before the viewing
Venues quote per head, so the guest list decides what you can afford, not the other way round. Work out your real per-head figure first and you walk in knowing which packages are even possible.
The deadline nobody mentions
You must give three months' notice in person before you can legally marry here. It is the one date on the checklist that cannot be moved, and it is in every timeline the site builds for you.
